📊 Key Metrics#

The stats strip shows four headline numbers for the selected period:

🎛️ Narrowing the View#

• Time range: toggle 7d / 30d / 90d to change the window.
• Portal & Version: use the Portal dropdown to focus on one portal, then the Version dropdown to drill into a specific version. Both default to All (the whole workspace).
• Feature filter: pick a single feature (e.g., “Ask the docs”, “Authoring · batch”, “SmartDox · narration”) to isolate its cost in the charts and event log.
• Chart metric: switch the daily chart between USD and Events.

🔎 Breakdowns#

The page lays out several views so you can find what’s driving spend:

• Daily cost chart — spend (or event count) per day over the window.
• By feature — a bar chart of cost per AI feature.
• Top spenders — the users generating the most AI cost (email, events, cost).
• Top pages — the portal pages driving the most usage.
• Top portals — which portals cost the most (shown only in the workspace-wide view).
• Recent events — the last 20 AI calls with feature, page, provider/model, user, tokens/characters, cost, and time.

🔒 Who Can See This#

This page requires AI cost permission. Viewers without it won’t see the menu item, and the underlying data is blocked server-side too. If a section has no data for the chosen window, it simply shows “No AI calls in this window.”
