PortalVersion Audit Log
A complete, tamper-proof record of everything that happened in a portal — who did what, and when. Every event is signed into a hash chain, so you always have a reliable trail for auditing.
In the version sidebar, open MANAGE → Audit log. The top strip summarizes the selected window:

| Distinct actors | How many people made changes. |
| Failures | Rejected actions — all clean when none. |
| Chain | verified if the tamper-proof hash chain is intact, broken if an event was altered. |
7d / 30d / 90d / 1y.Each row shows a colored icon (green = created, blue = updated, red = deleted/failed), the action (e.g. Created page, Updated version, Shared portal), the actor’s email, their IP, and how long ago it happened.
Click any event to open its detail panel:
🔒 Every change from a signed-in user is logged automatically — you don’t have to turn anything on. A broken chain (prevHash mismatch) means an entry was tampered with.
