🎭 Roles#

(Fine-grained control over what each role can do lives in Roles & permissions.)

✉️ Inviting Members#

1. Click Invite members.
2. Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas, spaces, or new lines).
3. Pick a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
4. Optionally add a personal note.
5. Click Send invite. Invitees get a magic-link email — no password setup needed.

A results panel shows the status of each email. Invited people appear with a Pending badge until they accept.

⚙️ Managing a Member#

Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on any member row:

• Change role — opens a drawer to pick a new role.
• Remove access — removes them from the workspace and all portals (they can be re-invited later). Requires confirmation.
• Manage workspaces (admins) — grant or remove this person’s access across other workspaces in your company.

🔎 Finding & Exporting#

• Use the All / Active / Pending / Suspended tabs to filter by status.
• Use the search box to find someone by name or email.
• Click Export CSV to download the current list (name, email, role, created date, 2FA status).
