🔗 Integrations

Once connected, any workspace member can push and pull from a version’s editor (Export & Sync). Each provider has a card showing its connection status: Connected, Credentials saved, or Expired.

🟦 Connecting Confluence#

Confluence uses OAuth, so you bring your own Atlassian app credentials.

1. Click Configure on the Confluence card.
2. Paste your Atlassian app’s Client ID and Client Secret.
3. Follow the built-in setup guide in the drawer — it walks you through creating the app, registering the callback URL, and enabling the required scopes. (Getting these exactly right is what makes the connection work.)
4. Click Save & Connect. You’ll be sent to Atlassian to approve access.
5. After approving, you’re returned here and the card shows Connected with your site name.

⬛ Connecting Notion#

Notion uses a single integration token (no redirect flow).

1. Click Configure on the Notion card.
2. Create an Internal Integration at notion.so/my-integrations if you don’t have one.
3. Paste the Internal Integration secret (starts with secret_ or ntn_).
4. Click Connect. On success the card shows Connected with your workspace name.

You can later click Configure → Test connection to confirm the token still works.

🔄 Updating or Disconnecting#

• Update credentials/token: click Configure, change the values, and Save changes — your connection stays active.
• Disconnect: click the red Disconnect button on the card. This takes effect immediately.
