🔗 How to Share a Portal#

You start a share from the portal itself:

1. In the Portals grid, right-click a portal row and choose Share (or right-click a specific version row to share just that version). This requires share permission.
2. In the Share drawer that opens:
   • Recipients — type an email address and press Enter or comma to add it as a chip. Add as many as you like; invalid or duplicate emails are rejected.
   • Version scope — a portal-level share grants access to all versions; a version-level share is limited to that one version.
   • Expiry — keep Apply no expiry, or pick a future date so access ends automatically.
   • Note (optional) — add a message for the recipients.
3. Click Share. Each email becomes its own share, and you’ll see a summary like “Shared with 3 people.”

🗂️ Browsing Your Shares#

• Group by: By people (one expandable row per recipient, showing the portals they can access) or By portal (one row/card per share).
• Status tabs: Active, Revoked, or All.
• Search: match by portal name, recipient email, or note text.
• View toggle: Grid (cards) or List (table).
• View shared with me: a header button switches to the Shared with me  page.

Each share shows the portal, recipient, access level, share date, status (active / revoked), any note, and the expiry date if one was set.

⚙️ Managing a Share#

Open the three-dot menu (⋯) on any share:

• Open portal — jump to that portal’s overview.
• Revoke access — immediately withdraws the share. A confirmation toast appears (e.g., “Revoked access for [email protected]”).

🤷 Empty State#

If you haven’t shared anything yet, you’ll see “You haven’t invited anyone yet” with a prompt to open a portal and click Share. See Portal Sharing  for how it all fits together.
